| This seminar will provide a road map through the jurisdictional quagmire associated with determining whether a particular lawyer’s activities on the Internet constitute the unauthorized practice of law, and, if so, where that attorney may be prosecuted. After a brief survey of traditional concepts of practicing law and state attempts to regulate unauthorized practice, this seminar will consider how these concepts apply to several aspects of Internet media including Internet chatrooms, forums and Bulletin Boards.
