Mr. Schwarz has lectured extensively around the world on numerous Cybercrime, Internet and E-Commerce related topics, and has testified before various legislative committees in both the U.S. and abroad. He also advises other countries on critical infrastructure protection and developing the substantive and procedural laws necessary to investigate and prosecute cyber-crime, as well as provides training to law enforcement on prosecuting and conducting Internet investigations at both the domestic and international level (including speaking to private and public sector groups about cybercrime, security and critical infrastructure protection).
Mr. Schwarz is currently chairing a Committee for the International Association of Prosecutors in order to develop a guide on conducting Internet investigations.
